I agree. There are very few bands in which you do not cover - Deftones being one of them.

I like some of the lists so far. I'm not much on Messhugah, but their rendition of WGTB would probably be epic.

Here's what I'm thinking...

Glassjaw - Prince (I imagine Daryl having a blast with the vocal dynamics this song has)

Weezer - Like Linus (Weird one, obscure, but worth it and Weezer friendly IMO lol)

the Dillinger Escape Plan - Elite (They'd slaughter villages with this cover)

Broadcast - Teenager (this chick has that droney voice required for this number)

Radiohead - Minerva (I think they'd step this song up a notch)

the Cure - Change (Mr. Smith would SLAY the vocals)

Norma Jean - Around the Fur

I think RATM wouldn't do Engine #9 any justice... sure Zach raps but I don't like his vocal tone. It's unique but really only works on RATM stuff. So I choose...

Hed PE (old line up) - Engine #9. MCUD just destroys on their old shit.

Isis - Konami Code

All I can think of so far. I'd prefer if each band does their own take, expand on the ideas, not a 100% carbon copy. I can't stand that.

#62
"When Girls Telephone Boys"-Glassjaw (Perfect for this, with that thick bassline they could reinvent EVEN thicker and Daryl's screams, its a match)
"Fireal"-Radiohead
"Knife Prty"-At the Drive In (if they were still around :P)
"Lucky You"-Aphex Twin
"Pink Maggit"-Bjork
"Lhabia"-Killing Joke
"Back to School"-Naughty By Nature (I wonder what this would sound like with more rap and less metal)
"Cherry Waves"-Die!Die!Die!
"Hexagram"-Faith No More
"Riviere"-Modest Mouse (I can almost hear a bit of them in "Riviere")
"Headup"-One Day As a Lion
"Battle Axe"-Failure
"Mein"-Some hobo (could probably be better than the original :D)
