Picked one up from Hot Topic today. They only had two and both had huge bends in the bottom right hand corner of the jacket. Sucks. But I figure I can get another in good condition and hold it as a collector's item and play the one I got today. Sound very clean, btw.

There's pretty much no difference at all. There may be a slightly different bar code number but other than that, they're practically identical. Get a copy as soon as you can. They're going quickly now as its been available for about 7 months.
