Who wants to help me and find the recording date/venue info etc...??

Bloody Cape is from 18-11-2003 - Carlson Daly, NBC Studios, New-York, USA
Be Quiet & Drive is from 19-01-2003 - Big Day Out, Gold Coast Parklands, Australia
Pink Maggit is from 05-07-1999 - New World Music Theater, Chicago, Illinois, USA


That version of The Boy's Republic is from some fan made, I don't know. I don't know which bootlegs Subliminal and Everlong are from and I can't open say it ain't so. For the covers medley, the excerpts are from different concerts from different years.
