Any Info on this Demo Tape?

I have this demo tape. Got it a very long time ago. I can't seem to find any info online about it, anyone familiar with this demo?

I know it's legit...just no info anywhere. The discog you linked doesn't show the version I have with the Dickies/Deftones logo.

The tape is just a sampler and that's probably the only significant info about it.

Yes, of course it's a sampler. I guess this post is for the other "gotta have everything" collectors out there. I'm basically wondering how many were handed out and what not. I know this was most likely handed to me at a show many many years ago, I can't remember for sure when and where I got it. I do live in Sacramento so this is probably something that was just handed out locally.

This thread ended up going to hell. Btw..sampler tape and demo tape are pretty much one in the same to me. One would hand out a damn demo for one to sample the music.

A demo is like a release. Something to get a band noticed, to let people know who you are. You can call that a sampler if you want but to me a sampler is a tape with songs or bits from a full release. A sampler is handed out before a release (or after it) to promote the full release. A demo is a release itself... get it?

No more like that. The only other sampler/demo I have on tape is one from the Around the Fur era. It's the one that comes in a slipcase with a guitar pedal board on the cover. Pretty common one.
