deftones tickets prob

Has anyone else had a problem with ordering tickest online from the deftones website as opposed to going to the acutual venue site and doing it there?

I bought a ticket throught the deftones tix site in Sept. and still have not recieved it.

Then i bought one from the Paladium Ballroom site (for the show in Dallas) and got it in a week and a half, whats the dealio?

I'm in the same boat as you man, boght mine on deftonestix.com for the Dallas show and they say they shipped 10/12/12 and still haven't received them!

i don't understand why you guys go through all that. I print my tickets right at home and there is no problem.

Do you not have that option?

I know someone who recently bought tickets for the Portland show through the presale and the tickets never got sent out and they had to pick them up at the venues will call the day of the show.

I'm in the same boat you are. Ordered my tickets in Sept, the ticket site says they shipped on 10/12, still waiting.

when i ordered mine there was no option but will call. They put your name on a list and thats it...that was through the presale on deftones.com. thats how its been every time i have ordered tickets through deftones.com

I'm going to the Palladium show in LA in Nov.  My tix came a week after I ordered them with no problems.  I'm sure they will come.

Fan club pre-sale tickets generally ship to us about 2-3 weeks before the event date and we ship them you to the day they arrive at our warehouse.
