NOBODY knows exactly, not even them I'll bet. If whatever happens in the future matches up to what someone says on this thread, it's a great blindfolded full court shot. We all know it's a crap shoot with this band. Let's hope it's good and soon like they've said. Something about 2012 release (hopefully) is what they have said during touring last summer. Prob won't happen if the past reappears as usuall with theirs and especially Chino's info.

I think we all hope there is more coming, but if they have to call it quits at some point I'd understand.  They've been together longer than MANY other bands.

However, I can tell you that as a musician myself, I don't think you ever stop being a musician unless something tragic happens to you.  So I'm sure that all of the guys would continue to have some sort of influence in music projects after Deftones... wether they remain together or not.

For now, I'm really enjoying crosses.
