one of my friends eats anything she fucking wants. but she works out a little and about two hours after she eats she shits it all out. it's all about the metabolism.

I know, I should've been more clear, I get consistent anaerobic exercise.  I eat shitloads of shitty food and just lose fat at a slower rate, but mostly just gain muscle.  My mom even made me go get a physical and my cholesterol was super low, like 125 give or take a few.  I'm not trying to brag, I mean everyone's different obviously, but I was fat as a kid, and never really had much of a metabolism until I started building muscle, not like body builder style or anything, but eating extra protein right after lifting doesn't hurt either.

I get stoned and eat crap all day every day since I quit drinking. I haven't gained more than five pounds in the last 10 years. Fuck yeah for super fast metabolism.

Watch out for that colon cancer dude. Having said that cannabinoids do have some beneficial properties in that department.
