i wondered the same thing in the 80's...then nirvana, grunge, alternative got big it was ok, and things quickly started to suck all over again with copycat bands, nu metal, pop punk, boy bands, etc.

That is really weird, it should have had a card with a code so you can have the special 3 tracks download  Thats how I got mine.
