Question regarding deftones future recording label

It's not a secret but Deftones's contract with Maverick has either been completed or near completion (in terms of the number of albums the label will release for them) after Diamond Eyes. Any news on other labels willing to sign the band or what deftones have planned?

They're part of Warner Bros. They still have multiple albums to complete on their current contract with Warner. They aren't going anywhere.

i can see what you mean by that, but if the band broke up the label would release abunch of crap to try and make money off them.look at alice in chains after the tripod album...a greatest hits, live album, and a best of compilation of their box set which the box set was basically all of their songs with a few rare ones.

billy corgan signed to warner/reprise for the zwan album in 2003 then put out his solo album on the same label in 2005 and the smashing pumpkins album in 2007.

I forgot whihc interview it was but Chino mentioned that they still have a few more albums to deliver to the label. and that at the rate they're going with recording they may be with WB for awhile.

Isn't it so that Maverick doesn't excist anymore and all artists on the label are now under Warner?

madonna gave way to maverick thus leaving deftones under warner bro's

and they had contract for i believe  six albums to make after white pony...but still under warner and that contract...so a source says with time warner
