as much as i donty like prince or his music so much for that matter, i do wholeheartedly agree that he is an amazingly talented singer, and a major proponent to modernb music and how it has been shaped today

They started working together as The
Knife in the summer of 1999. Karin writes the lyrics and they do the music together. Both of them sing, but Karin does the most of the lead vocals, often using a voice transformer to be able to change the sound/gender of her voice in the songs.

I'm actually one of those people who believe in personal tastes and doesn't laugh at others tastes and try to point out that they're wrong, so I'm not even going to argue. I think Mike Patton is the best singer I've ever heard. maybe not the most skilled, but I have never ever heard another voice I like so much. and that's what I consider "best".

and lithium, ok sorry about that, I was wrong. it's just a common misconception that the brother sings all the deep male-ish voices, but it's usually Karin singing that too. to be honest, I can't think of one single song where he sings. but I'm sure I've just missed it.
