Didn't like them at all, to be honest. A producer who visited my university highlñy recommended them, but I still don't see where the attraction is coming. Just my perception about it.

saw them at bourneouth internal centre last sunday, i have to say i remember watrching them 3 years ago and spending 3 quid to get in, touts were asking for 150 per ticket. M83 were quite a good support actually, the drummer had some abe stylings which was cool. I think Kings are defo a good band, i thought they were a bit one dimensional back in the day, but going back through the discog i gotta say they have defintiely made a mark, the lyrics are great and have not been compromised despite the commercial success of the band.

I listened to them so much last year and got sick of them enough to stop..but read this thread and now m back at it : )
I didn't like their video at all though..it didnt suit the image of them i had in my head.
*sigh* preconvieved notions..

love watching them play trani on the older youtube vids the bassists scream on the outro is awesome. king of the rodeo is always cool too

i dunno, i sometimes like Kings of leon, then sometimes ill hear a song and not like it without realising it KOL...so i dunno if im a fan yet. i need to get their albums then i can properly judge

i love  'Be Somebody' more...i consumated my new relationship to that song..actually to the whole album...but that was the one song that sealed it..it just works..it gets your heart beat going and you can HEAR the passion intensifying.

BUT 'Use Somebody' is definatley a catchy, emotional number..very good song.

I also agree that their newest album, has definatly brought them to find their own sound..the previous albums they are still searching for that definitive element of their songwriting..it can only get better from here i think

that's pretty much exaclty how I feel about that song too. love the verses, don't like the chorus too much...

I hope this album isn't a one-time thing. with the success they're having I doubt it, but you never know...
