My top 10:

Nothing.  I didn't buy a single new album.  What a shitty year in music.

Looking forward to next year though with Deftones, Glassjaw, Dredg, and a few others though.

I don't know what to tell you.  It seems like a lot of bands that people consistently blow their loads over on this board drive me nuts.  For instance, Mastodon and The Mars Volta.  I just simply can't get into them.

There was this period where all these great bands that I love came out back to back (Glassjaw, Dredg, Postman Syndrome, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, etc.).  I haven't found a new band that I've really enjoyed for a long time though, I don't know what happened.

I agree with you about The Mars Volta, I think they are over-rated personally. Anyone on a shit load of LSD put into a room full of instruments can make music like The Mars Volta haha. Let's hope Dredg's new album will be good.
