The EPK came on a promo DVD. Also, you have a DVD called "Punk Raw Show" or shomething like that, can't remember now; but that one has a bootleg interview, Dragonfly 1995.

Ok, searched for it.. It's called "Punk Rawk Show" and there are two volumes of it. Both don't feature Deftones, but another DVD which is something like a best of: http://www.amazon.de/Punk-Rawk-Show-Collection-Assembled/dp/B004ERERCM/ref=sr_1_1?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1327250077&sr=1-1 available in Germany for 3.49 !!! Just bought it

They white pony epk is also featured on a dvd called 750 mph, it was a failed attempt at a video magazine like 12 years ago and I think they only ever made one issue.
