I'm sorry but I just have to bash you for protoming yourself shamelessly.
To be honest, it is actually a bad thing that you sound like Deftones. sound like yourself, dude. Invent your own genre, your own music tones, your everything. Don't try to sound like some other band.

it's cool i guess, i listened to the 4 tracks. the beginning of 'of the essence'  sounds pretty much like fazer by quicksand (you can listen if you want, if you're thinking i'm making fun of you)

the vocals are pretty decent...but it sounds nothing like deftones. there's definately the best advice for you just lingering in this thread
