When the Saturday Night Wrist Bob Ezrin Demos first leaked, I think it was only 192kbps MP3 (anyone, please correct me if I am wrong).  The songs were not mastered together, so the volume level was different from track to track also.

This fan did a really excellent job of mastering all the songs together in my opinion.  I think this is the best way to listen to them at this point.  They posted it on this Youtube video, but there is also a download link for FLAC files if you look at the video comments.
