I recently purchased the self titled cassette from eBay and according to discogs.com it looks like it was never released on cassette it the US, I was just wondering if that is definitely the case and it never had a release in the US.

in Indonesia they released the self titled cassette. i bought it at 2003 for like $1.5 (in Rupiah that time was Rp. 14.000 - was pretty cheap)

I ended up paying $19 including shipping from eBay, it came from the philippines. I am happy, I now have all the albums on cassette.

I am pretty sure the self titled release was the last to be on cassette.

Good post, the cymbals are meinl, not zildjian. So it looks like it's not with Abe! Maybe  sol invicto?

I saw an interview with Abe where he said he uses all sorts of drum brands in studio but his live kits are limited to his endorsed brands so that could still be Abe.

Yeah drums, not cymbals. He uses different brand snares mainly. OCDP (used that on WP, S/T a lot too). But cymbals are Zildjian and hardware is probably only Tama. And for the most recent albums you can see him with the same kit as live..
