The chances of the album leaking this early are slim I think. It's rare that albums leak a month early in 2012 :/

Cd doesn't necessaries need to be pressed think most leaks are from studio file storage or otherwise they send copies out to people working on other things like the mareketing or art for inspiration and sometimes it leaks that way

It looks like the release is around 51:43.  If that's correct it will be their longest album.  Not bad, a song less than SNW and still slightly longer than it.

Im very curious about 4 songs in particular for koi no yokan .. 1st song im curious about is i wonder how track 11 will be?.. if im mot mistaken on every album they always have a very slow and emotional song at the end .. if thats the case then i hope so! I mean the title .. what happened to you? Sounds interesting .. 2nd song is track 8 .. i have this weird theory that on every album i always tend to fall in love with track 8 the most and idk why .. (besides lucky you on self title .. i love it just not my favorite) 3rd song is romantic dreams... i heard some hype for that song and in an interview the guy brought up romantic dreams and chino and sergio both had this reaction like YESSSSS THAT SONG! and it made chino snatch the mic away from sergio lmao ... and 4th track is swerve city .. it was suppose to be the lead sjngle accordkng to chino but last minute things happened and tempest turned into the lead single .. the reason im curiojs about is cause chino changed swerve city to be the first track off the album and i know it was chino cause ive numerous times from him that he revises the albums and changes the tracks here and there .. and well im sure thats his favorite track off the album ... im so excited for this album .. it needs to hurry!!

If the tracklist has actually been changed (as opposed to it being an iTunes error or something), then the album apparently doesnt flow frm on to the next, like the intros would suggest. Ah well, hopefully it's still gt a flow to it.
