The rest is emo as hell. I hate it (especially Chino's chorus)

Holy fuck.. The song has 11,443 plays on their soundcloud account.. That's half the plays of most songs that have been there for 12 months.

that's what directly popped up on my mind, dude is on fire !! anyway it sounds straightforward in a different way than Diamond Eyes... i'd say it reminds me more of Self Titled meets SNW. Loved the weird intro as well. what's also weird is how abruptly the song ends...

First impression: I think I'm loving it.  Yet again sounds very different but totally works for Deftones.  It's got great dynamics with just enough aggression.  The intro is great, reminds me of something from a Silent Hill soundtrack.  The music is fantastic, heavy and thick, but it sounds different from Diamond Eyes.

I am officially looking forward to that album ... the excitement is back.

They've returned to the darker-sounding music! I loved DE, but I missed that feeling that S/T gave me

pretty standard emo/nu-metal stuff. but they're doing it well. great song. nothing spectacular and ground breaking though.
