Same here -well I love deftones the most when it's a nice blend of softer and harder, like most songs (ATF, Rickets, MOS, most of WP, etc etc etc)....

I mean, wen I saw the DE tracklist I had more or less the same reaction, but now that we're used to the album and titles, it's become part of it.

i don't agree at all.I've been in a waiting desire mode,waiting for around fur and every record since, never been disappointed about the titles.one here or there, but never as a whole. one could agrue that "they're only titles, what matters is the music" but i have always cared about this stuff. this time i thought they sucked. i like wierd,dumb,silly titles - just as they sound deftonish. this time they didn't (to me)

I agree, I felt that at least half of the track names were mediocre at best. usually I love deftones song names but this time around I felt they were pretty weak. Ive noticed over time especially with DE and KNY that they are just lazy when it comes to making up real track names. for DE at least half the tentative track titles were used on the final product. (YSTB, TPID, 976, prince, sextape, and rocket skates were all tentative titles, the only one that is different is prince, which was originally price Micheal.) I think Chino should be able to come up with his own song names instead of using the tentative titles that Stef and Abe usually come up with...

I don't know leather I believe this or not.
