Anyone knows if there will be VIP packages for the tour? like they did on the diamond eyes tour?

Anyone buy from deftonestix.com before? I bought tickets through there today for the upcoming Philly show, will call only, even though tickets don't go on sale till tomorrow. Is this legit?

My thoughts exactly. Waiting for a Montreal date. Another 14 hour drive awaits me! I'd be more upset if I didn't see deftones 3 weeks ago.

never been to a deftones show in dallas...

I missed them on the DE tour. but they played two shows at the House Of Blues back in 07. They played Boys Republic it was pretty epic. if they dont come here i'll have to road trip.

I missed them on the DE tour too.I was waiting for a date in San Diego CA and they didn't went.
I don't want to have the same issue again and i'll be driving 5 hours to Ventura.

they seem to love texas.. probably just money though... and brown people..

i've seen them in Dallas every time they've come since '04. about 10 shows... +1 in austin and 1 in OKC... That 2 night show at the HOB was awesome!! The Boy's Republic and I want to say there was another rarity like Damone or something... Smoked with them on the bus after the show on the second night. That was one of my favorite shows along with the one at Trees...

I think they will announce the next round of U.S dates after the they played the two festivals they have.

Big announcement rumoured for September 21st.

As it was SacBee that said come back September 21st for more information, I would guess a Sacramento show to be announced for after the South American festival gigs. Although the 'big announcement' could be BlackDiamondSkye type tour (Soundgarden/Deftones/Scars on Broadway)

The following is my guess at what is coming. All purely guesswork based on nothing.

Mid/Late November - Los Angeles/Sacramento headline shows
Late November/December 2012 - Soundgarden/Deftones/Scars on Broadway US tour
January/February 2013 - Soundgarden/Deftones/Scars on Broadway European Arena tour
February/early March 2013 - Australian dates (Soundwave)
March/April - US/Canadian/South American headline run
June/July - European festivals with headline shows
July onwards - US headline run

Why do you think a tour with Soundgarden could happen?

For some reason, i feel like this album cycle will be much shorter than DE.

Just a gut feeling. Both have new albums released same day and it would be a really, really good tour!
