I can't believe Rock Sound (my favorite magazine) gave Diamond Eyes an 8.  I was hoping for a 10, expecting no less than a 9.

if deftones were the next big british indie band, they would've bagged that 9 or 10, but they're not, so.

Rock Sound gave Saturday Night Wrist a 9, but also said that Diamond Eyes is their best album since White Pony.......so WTF?
