man, this show makes me laugh so hard that it hurts sometimes
the, "you got served" episode, with the dance competition, is the funniest shit ever!
who else are fans, and name your favorite episodes
the black people and the lower case t's being burnt in the front yards was pretty funny as well
i love the one where Stan gets a stepdad named Roy. they parody Fat Albert in that episode. haha i love it. or the one where Robert Smith guest stars and the Radiohead one too.
but i'd say the Shit episode was the funniest
"well it looks like we've learned something new about you Jimbo, you freakin' fag. wanna make out?"
Always loved this show. Unlike The Simpsons it's got better with age.
i have alot of fave shows from south park..but my fave by far is the episode where Stan turns Goth ;D

the simpsons did get better with age...for a while. the earliest episodes were bland, and then they go really sarcastic, random and clever. and then went straight downhill.
my fav is where cartman thinks he's dead and butters helps him to go to heaven

Yeah that's true. Mid to late 90's Simpsons is pretty good. After that though it kind of just got stupid. It pretty much totally changed. Also, as far as wit goes Family Guy is leagues ahead.

South Park is my all time favourite animated series. its so fucking clever sometimes. and what else i love about it is the fact that the morals behind the story lines are so obvious it makes u think politicians should seriously watch it. they could learn a thing or two.
yeah this ep is one of my best ones... "i gotta make, make things riight"
i could name a few beauties:
Awesom-o
fun times with weapons
one where cartman thinks he has psychic powers
one where cartman tricks butters into thinking there is a meteorite (casa bonita)
the one where cartman is tricked into thinking he has 'gingeritus'(ginger hair)
special olympics
cartman the hippie killer
jennifer lopez one
(http://www.cart4sites.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000056/SM1082.gif)
"CRIPPLE FIGHT"
just a few
South Park rules plain and simple! ;D Been watching through old episodes, heh! Last night watched the one where Stan and Kyle send the video of Cartman and his tea party into the funny videos show. Haha! And the one where the first graders piss in the pool when Cartmans getting lessons heh! Or the NAMBLA episode, that was sick!
'North American Marlon Brando Lookalikes Association'
Then the black dude stands up, hahaha funny as fuck.

Haha that shit made me LMFAO! And Garrison realises he's at the wrong meeting.
Or how about the episode where Kyle wants to get his dad an erection, and they leave Cartman up on the crucifix on the hill, and when they come back like a month later he's still alive but he's like almost a skeleton, mwahahahahaha! His voice is all high and fucked up too! And who can forget Starvin Marvin!
I love the "Future Self and Me" episode.... when Stan pretends to cut his hand off, and then his Dad jumps up and slices that fake "Future Stans" hand off - fucking priceless. hahahaha
"The Mexican Staring Frog Of Southern Sri Lanka", "Rainforest Schmainforest", "Timmy" - a few of my favourite episodes heh! Such a shame they dont show South Park on normal TV over here any more, I havent seen the last few series', I'm a poor bastard who doesnt have SKY.

haha nice song haha i like when they start to clap before they begin the song lol
im telling you guys. you really need to see the episode with the dance off competition, the you got served episode
the part with the dancing duck is fucking hilarious. the old farmer starts playing a song on the violin. " you do a line and ill do a line honey. you do a line and ill do a line pal"
then he starts singing, "you snort k and ill snort k, honey, you snort k and ill snort k, pal"
lmfao, or the part when butters is on stage tap dancing and the song in the background is going. " i got something in my pocket for you, why dont you reach into my pocket and squeeze what i got waiting for you "
its the voice that the guy is singing the lyrics in that makes it so funny
south park really pushes the envelope.
i've seen a lot of episodes, but unfortunately cant remember any titles.. im usually high when watching.. one that does stand out is when cartman does the "wild wild west" song. fuckin good laugh.
It sucks Issac Hayes aka "The Chef" left.
Yeah because he didn't agree with the producers portrayal of Christian Scientists, since he is one too haha!

you don't like family guy, that's why you see the episode has an offense to family guy.
unless the creators state they really hate family guy because they are tired of people saying they should like it because their humour should be the same as South park and that they believe it's not true because their jokes are based on current events and relevant to the situation rather then off-topic and irrelevant to the plot like Family Guy, which is one of the strong point when you do like Family Guy, I see it has a good way to support Family Guy on the "free speech" subject.

yeah same here, i was still basically a kid when it started, its been in my life for a good solid decade or so. In a way it helped define who i am, and what i think is funny, and Matt and trey are super creative, they put a lot of thought into the show, and it just gets better, and wittier, and the animation looks cooler.

"major boobage" was a fuckin great episode, i was laughing my tits off the whole time. Glad they did the many-gag format rather than just one huge one like in the last couple episodes. the britney spears one got a little bit old by the end imo.

anyone pick up the imaginationland dvd? It's totally worth the 14 bucks or whatever, if only because they do a commentary track that spans nearly the whole thing as opposed to the like 5 minute mini ones they do on the seasons. wish it went all the way to the end of the movie, but it goes til around halfway through the third episode, so that's kind of awhile to talk about a cartoon and maintain hilarity.

i dunno, this season has been quite a let down so far especially in following up the last season-which was prob the best ever- thanks to imagination land. i think the endings to the episodes are not as powerful cause they seem to just fade out... im used to extreme perverse twists and malfeasance striking my eyes at the last seconds of an episode and thats it-then the music and credits roll abruptly! we'll see next week i guess...

Spoiler:
Mr. Garrison says that the key difference between a man and a woman is that women can have babies. He says if you can't have babies, then you're a man.
Guy in the crowd: "Wow uh wait, uh, hang on a second. My wife had ovarian cancer, so she can't have babies."
Garrison: "Well then get an AIDS test Thompson, 'cause your wife's a dude, faggot."
*complete silence*
Garrison: "YEAH! I'm back!" *joy jump in the air*

lol my buddies are saying its such a funny episode
it must not have hit I-tunes yet because I dont have it
the new episode was alright. the one about the internet being gone
the first few minutes were incredible. but it fell off from there.. not a bad episode though
yeah. not very random. were a few moments though
uh the scene where we see Stan's dad with the computer was fucking hilarious.
Yeah I can't remember the titles either but some of my faves are:
The Devil has his Super Sweet Sixteen party
The one where Cartman takes a picture of himself putting his weiner in Butters' mouth
The Dog the Bounty Hunter episode
The one where the Kindergarten teacher has an affair with Ike
The Naggers/Jeopardy episode
There's so many, but those are the ones that come to mind right away.
the "nigger guy" episode from season 11 almost made me piss myself
look, if you find any internet out there, let us know will ya?
how? you won't have internet.
yelp. heading out californee way
hahaha, ectoplasm
lol gross! Brazilian fart porn...
I just saw the Cat piss episode the other day. The music they play when they start thier high is too much. I laughed so hard. :D
I LOVE that episode
Yeah, that one sure kicks ass.. I dont really like the other new episodes though. The last couple of seasons were just to good.
going out californi way, theres gotta be some jobs there

IT WAS A GHOST! A BIG SPOOKY GHOST!
who is that teacher guy...that is so funny he's actually a real person
mr. garrison?? i have no idea
he's funny though. he said something that made me laugh in the last episode at the 1800s place
" please dont hurt me. the children can get you a lot more money"
i was talkin bout the pic lithium posted of the spanish guy mister cartmanez is suppose to be a parody of...
does anyone know if Matt or Trey ever lived in New Mexico? there was a rumor going around my school that one of them did and that Mr. mackey was a creation based on one of the teachers at my school. I never really took the time to try to figure out if it was true or not though.
I know that Matt Groening actually did live in Albuquerque though. He went to a Rival school. Every now and then you can see little jokes in the simpsons about it.
I trust you all had a super fun time with the new episode?
Not really. Weakest first half of a season EVER. Let's hope they get back on the right track this fall.

I dont know how you could call that episode a "breakthrough" I mean I think it was in season 11. In those 11 years they had tons of hilarious episodes. It was a great episode. But what was so breakthrough about it?
i just saw the episode with welziac the talking whale for the first time...

"you're breakin my balls gary, you're breakin my balls"
we were talking about southpark at work yesterday. And everyone was like "meh its ok, but not as good as family guy. I just cant really get into it" Then I realized that most had only seen a couple episodes from early seasons. And I personally thing that season 10 and 11 are outstanding. So I just told them about the opening scene from the "nigger guy" episode. And told them about the easter episode with peter the rabbit and the hair club for men. Everyone was rolling. The show is really just great.
i like the newer seasons, but i really do love the early seasons before they had a point to the episodes. like they just wanted to kill off kenny every episode and make fart jokes. good times.
i think theres a new episode tonight
you'll have to wait another 100+ something days.
when i watch the old ones nowadays, like the first 3 seasons, im totally turned off just becasue so many of the characters have become so developed, which perpetuates their exagerated personas. for example the cartman in th first few seasons i cant find funny at all, but these days cartman is like my fav character

It really does get better and better. Old ones suck so bad, but at the time I thought they were brilliant.
i do believe that red hot catholic love is the best episode
"FORGET ABOUT THE GELGAMEKS? BAAAHHHHHHRABBLERABBLERABBLERABBLERABBLE"
i think welziac the talking whale was 1 of the best episodes

i agree about south park putting you in a good mood
its a good feeling before a show. to know that you are going to do some heavy laughing.. i love laughing.

and every episode have these absurd moments which are insanely funny.

i know EXACTLY what you guys mean....matt and trey are real men of genius
this bud's for youuuu real men of geeeeeniusss
Just watched the imaginationland trilogy.... So so great.... Am still cracking up... :)
non-funny show ftl.
you probably find family guy profoundly hilarious, right? God, South Park haters are most definitely the dumbest haters out there. everything that matt and trey (parker) have done is so fucking hilarious, i wish they'd develop cocaine problems so they could put out more stuff. Find me another show that has gone for 12 seasons and is twice as fresh as when it started. seriously, how could you not find the cat piss episode to be genuinely, gut wrenchingly funny? not to mention the vast amount of (hilarious) character development and their oh so astute (and definitely hilarious) social observations. you probably just need to watch it more. it is the best (comedic) show that has ever been on television. period. i bet you're gonna say it's friends.
In 2008, looking back, overall South Park is probably better than the Simpsons (which I always say is my favorite show). You are right, Matt and Trey haven't really had any BAD episode and this is the 12th season starting up. Whereas the Simpsons began to really go downhill after 10 years or so (I remember watching the episode with the Who, thinking that was the beginning of the end).
As for Family Guy, I can see why Matt and Trey and most of their fans hate it. But those first couple years, pre-cancellation on FOX, were brilliant. They were so original at the time and so damn hilarious, and today the new episodes just get old real fast.
maaaaan.
me and Cyn (WhitePwny) talked about shows like Family Guy, South Park and Robot Chicken, the conclusion was that people just love when random events happen in a rational day manner. Their lives are boring and they like how they can reimagine boring stuff in an entertaining-random-happening way in one of those shows. And I know tons of profound educated people that watch that kind of shows.. of course, it depends on sense of humour.
Come on, admit it, they're just hilarious.

i agree, seasons 1-4(? maybe it was three, you know, before it got cancelled) were like the dvds i watched the most when they came out. now it's, for the most part, pretty boring and monotonous, and they just suck at pushing they envelope, unlike south park...

cartman is unbeatable...no matter what extremity is against him, he simply cannot be degraded...classic character development
yeah, the character development is definitely one of my favorite things about the show. especially mr. garrison... closet homo, homo, transsexual, lesbian transsexual, man (have they redetermined his sexual preference since he got changed back?). tell me another show with that kind of character progression.
oh my god, i can't believe they're expecting me to wait until wednesday for the second part of that shit. i'm so jacked!
yeah unbelievable, i hate when south park has two-parters, or even worse the rare three-parter.

i thought that shit was absolutely hilarious. the animation was totally prime, and obviously the voice acting was great. i love randy, and i love when they rip on the plot structure of the show and stuff like that, specifically the craig stuff and like in the movie when they called the animation in terrence and phillip crappy and then it shows them just bouncing around without any walking animation haha. i think the one on wednesday is gonna be fuckin amazing too.

Still, there had to be some editing done a few hours before it aired because they used Obama's exact victory speech.
IGN TV: First and foremost, I want to ask you: how did you get this episode finished in time?
Matt Stone: We talked about doing an election episode for a couple of months. Usually we start talking about these things when we start talking about the whole run, about a month ago. So we started talking about what episodes we'd like to do. When we started talking about the election, we were like "That's on a Tuesday. Wednesday is the next day... We could have a whole episode!"
So we started talking about stories that would be neutral to who won. And that's when we came up with the whole diamond heist thing. We were going to produce a couple of different shows, but we don't do the show that far in advance. So as it got closer, in the last few weeks – it was so obvious that Obama was going to win that we just produced the Obama show. We just did it and assumed the polls would be right.
IGN: Is it three weeks that is your typical turnaround?
Stone: Well, really it's about a week.
IGN: Okay, wow.
Stone: So we didn't really start in earnest on this show until one week ago. For the speeches we had a blank space in there, with the acceptance and concession speeches in there. That only takes us a couple hours to do. It's a very easy animation. The main thing was waiting until they gave the speeches so we could get the backdrops and see what it looked like. Then we copied down the speech and put it in there.
What was funny is that we'd written placeholder crap and put it in there. It was "I want to thank my fellow Americans and blah blah blah" and "Change is going to come.." We just wrote some junk to put in there as temp, and it was amazing how much the temporary stuff matched the boilerplate in there. We then took a few things that people would remember, like Obama promising his kids the dog. We copied the words and put that in, but that was easy for us because we do the show so quick. We were here all night, but we usually are on Tuesday finishing the show.
IGN: So you didn't deliver it late to the network?
Stone: Well, we always deliver it late. [Laughs] We can't get any later than we do! We're delivering it right up against the wire every single week. We can't do it any later or it won't make the air. Trey and I got home at 10:30 yesterday morning. We're there for 24 hours. It sucks, I f***ing hate it! It's physically a challenge and kind of a torment, but it's really the only way we know how to do the show.
IGN: So when you were breaking this episode, how did you decide which characters would be on which side of the political spectrum?
Stone: Well, Randy is funny when he gets drunk. It was more the circumstances for what we needed to make the story work. Like we knew Kyle's brother was going to get hurt, so his family had to be out drunk and partying. And Garrison, it's funny that he's a republican because he's this total self-hating gay man. It was pretty arbitrary to tell you the truth. It isn't even really that political of an episode, really. The Obama supporters partying in the street, you knew that when he won people would party in the street. And every election the other side is devastated and convinced it's the end of the world. At least the ones I can remember.

From the Comedy Central Press Release:
SOUTH PARK PRESENTS "ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MUSICAL" ON THIS WEEK'S ALL-NEW EPISODE WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12 AT 10:00 P.M.* ON COMEDY CENTRAL
NEW YORK, November 10, 2008 – The boys realize they are no longer the coolest kids in school in an all-new episode of "South Park" titled, "Elementary School Musical" premiering on Wednesday, November 12 at 10:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on COMEDY CENTRAL.
Stan realizes he could lose Wendy if he doesn't get on board with the latest fad to hit South Park Elementary. Cartman would rather kill himself than succumb. But, when Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman all realize that Butters is now more popular than they are, they have no choice but to give in to peer pressure.
sounds super hilarious
The best episode of a rather weak season by far. I'm glad they still have it in them
you are never gonna play shooty hoopth!
has anyone actually seen HSM? is that really how those movies are??
i have not, i imagine it would've been way funnier if i had to sit through that crap. but fuck that, i'll stick to the south park movie for my musicals :)

I saw parts of one of them and my girlfriend has nephews and nieces who watch HSM so she knows about it. So she told me some of the references when we watched it. They do randomly get up and sing like that in the movie. In HSM 2 or something Zac Efron is a basketball player that wants to get into theatre. Sort of the opposite of the South Park episode. Kyle's jew fro at the end was styled like one of the actors in HSM.
fuck, I hate how im always behind on the episodes. I can't wait to see this one
im guessing at this mind blowing enigma, but i assume that kids like High School Muiscal b/c 1. They have an attractive cast for both boys and girls. 2. They perfectly time the musical interuptions during key points during display of awkward emotional imbalance. and 3. Kids like to digress themselves from emotional feelings to good time antics and senslessness....i dunno..anyone else have different theories as to why this gay ass show is popular
holy crap the vampire one was hilarious, that's probably my favorite of these sweeps, maybe even the whole season. i love the goth kids, i'm glad they got such a big part.
too bad that was the last new episode for about 4 months.
ok, maybe a recap from some one on the finale....please :'(
Butters thinks there are vampires, and eventually becomes one. But how do they stop the vampires? you must watch the episode....
I also loved how everyone was playing the new Call of Duty in the lab at the beginning
Awesome episode
oh ho you got pwned bebe, you JAP BITCH!
fuckin' Twilight
i loved at the end when the one goth kid told the whole assembly to fuck off. classic

i'm not sure if this is what they are talking about but, out of curiousity i looked it up. the only thing i found was about the band 311. they celebrate the 11th day of the 3rd month. but the thing i read said that its every other year and only on the even years so this year wouldn't count.
that's what i was talkin about. but i never knew it was only on even numbered years. that's weird.

what cartman says about girls made it that much better
definitely. i liked cartman's lines about germs and BJ's the best. and that was one of best ways Kenny has died in the series.

one of the best scenes was when the coon first goes in through the window of the police station, keeps disappearing every 5 seconds, then proceeds to hand out the shitty t-shirts

this was a brilliant episode, hands down one of the best ive seen! so many great innuendoes! hahaha love it
Yes, that episode was AMAZING. Best episode since maybe 11th or 10th season. When South Park just parodies something such as Twilight, not that great. But when something like the story of Jesus is used as a metaphor for the recession, it's great. Not to mention this episode was not one joke extended for the entire episode. Well done Matt and Trey. You have proven that you still have it in you.

finally a good episode after a shitfest of shitty ones
I haven't seen the new one yet. But what the fuck are you talking about? The queef episode wasn't the greatest, but it was still pretty good. And the episode about the economy was great.

he's probably talking about the newest episode, fishsticks. And i'll have to agree, it's one of the best episodes in a long, long time.
I know he was talking about the fishdicks episode. But he called the others a shitfest of shitty episodes. The fishsticks was funny. Especially about Kanye. But it was no where near the level of the one with the economy. And really, all the other ones this season have been pretty dam good. The queef episode was a little meh. But it still had its parts. Defiantly a lot different than I would have expected a pinewood derby episode to go. It wasn't the best. But it seems I can always find plenty to laugh at. The whole world leaders on the cell phone gig was pretty great.

hahaha i just saw the movie/documentary "the cove" the other week, which was great but heartbreaking at the same time, but this episode was damn funny. i just couldnt help but laugh everytime they all ran out with their spears and started unabashedly slaughtering dolphins

dey tukk ur jeeerb
the beginning was funny, and it was good seeing them bash the hell out of Glenn Beck, but yeah just the overall execution of the episode wasn't too great, or that funny. Butters peeing on Wendy's doorstep was kind of a highlight, I guess.
oh noo
That was a disappointing end to a really good second half of the season. I think the plotlines in this episode were interesting enough, but there were just so many and not enough time to fully develop them that they just weren't as funny as they could have been.

i have pretty much the opposite opinions from you haha
It's not that I thought the one tonight was bad. It had some really good ideas. But the random "oh hey were going to conveniently tell you Kyle doesn't like bananas" and then give him bananas thing was bad. I think Cartmen's storyline should have been more of the basis of the episode. I think that would have made for a funnier episode.

oh yes, it was surely nice.
I liked how the whole episode had this "this is a conspiracy" feeling
when kennys mom found his body and he was in the batman costume i almost shit myself laughing. this show still knows how to make me laugh after all these years. it's like an old friend by this point and a favorite for a reason.

I watched the tiger episode on wednesday and wasn't completely paying attention so I didn't really find it that funny, but I watched it again with my dad last night and laughed my shit off. Quality shit, I'm glad they've stilllllll got it.
im just talking about sason 11-13

11-13 is awesome expecially 13.. butters bottom bitch
i really wanted to love last night's episode, especially with all the sarah jessica parker hating and butters being a main character, but i actually found myself NOT laughing really at all. :-\
I thought it was hilarious. I mean, any episode that features Sarah Jessica Parker wearing antlers and the Cardashians getting shot to smithereens is a winner.
this past episode really sucked
it was
hope on the dvd they actually have some of the inserts we could hear
lol they did sara messica parker wrong though
2 for 2 so far this season
The first one of this season was funny...butters all confuse about the bush and why is it down there and its usage.
2nd ep already? fuck.. gonna download rite awai.

The one about Tiger Woods was a little bit funny but the one about that stupid book was horribly boring.
yeah, face it, the 2nd episode just sucked ass.
but you know what? it's fucking south park. i'm confident this week will be good. they can't have 2 bad ones in a row can they?

Lets hope not. :P
i hope so...
but i didnt like the new style..
everything is kinda so new in this season..(even group laughs)
something can also just be entertaining, not necessarily hilarious. i remember going to simpsons movie and at every "joke" all 500 people were showing eachother that 'oh boy hahahahahahahaha funny shit hahaha'. i was like wtf, only 2 or 3 times i really laughed. but still good movie. though im never going to such a thing anymore. people are fucking stupid. anyway, south park..
the new one sucked! for the first time in years I turn the channel !
It may have sucked but it's still better than anything else on tv. lol Butter book was so lame :)
This south park is hilarious!!!! I can't stop laughing! Much better then the first two this season!!!!!
this new one was ok........
3 for 3 for me

i can see that Ves, but it was definitely a lot less annoying than the constant puking from the episode before it.
I think it was that happy, bouncy music as they were bouncing on the balls that made it less annoying.
This one was Funny the Best of this season so far..
Facebook LOL
def the best. sober as hell and i laughed my ass off the etire episode. one of the best ever really
fucking yahtzee again?!? seriously?
the funny thing is everything in this episode is so true. Have you ever been on that chat roulette? it really is just a bunch of guys jacking off LOL
Eh.
Easily the best episode of the season tonight. I'm really looking forward to the next part of this multi-episode story arc.
Fucking awesome episode !!! Great idea, greatly done... And it's so cool to see all the old stuff, gives a good feeling of nostalgia !

If I remember well Kyle made him think he was a ginger by dressing him up like that.
yeah, i know. i'm talking about the new commercial from this season which had some footage of cartman dressed as a ginger that was definitely not in the first ginger kids episode. trust me.
This one:
GINGERS DO HAVE SOULS!! - CARTMAN STYLE!! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQq_IukGV1Q#ws)
haha i think it will show up then. i really hope they continue with the greatest hits tonight. this is probably the most i've anticipated a south park episode in years if not ever.
shit yeah that was awesome, i never saw that king of the gingers coming. too bad they couldn't get radiohead to come back, haha.

You've gotta be kidding me.
Are these episodes available on southparkstudios.com? The computer that I'm using on this base in Germany wont let me check.
I recently bought the season pass for season 14 from iTunes. But they don 't have episode 200 or 201. So apple pussed out too. Which really pisses me off.
I like how they mentioned at the end of the second article how in the "super best friends" episode they have Mohammad and no one has ever said shit about it. I think about that every time I see that episode. This religious extremism is really starting to piss me off ( like 10 years ago ) I can't believe that we are still giving into their bull shit. I mean, take a stand for something.
But wow, if these little fuckers really did kill Matt or Trey.......That would just be horrible. Would it be wrong of me to perpetuate the cycle and seek some revenge?

last night's episode, It's a Jersey Thing, was brilliant. Never saw the Al Qaeda connection coming, especially that ending. Muff cabbage!!

SNOOKI WANT SMUSH SMUSH!!!

Honestly the Jersey storyline (aside from Kyle being a closet Jersey boy) was complete shit but the offensive, out of nowhere use of Al Qaeda was very reminiscent of older South Park. It was great.

Really, you think so? Did you get all of the jersey shore jokes like from the show? I damn near pooped myself when he punched the snooki in the face and she ran off or when randy beats the shit out my the situation while he was holding his shirt up the whole time. Very disagreed. Major boobage is one of my favorites for definitely, and there's been so many other absolutely hilarious and quotable ones. You might have to give them some more time; the old ones are classic but maybe that's because they're old.

Yeah I didn't know that until I looked it up after you said that. That definitely sucks how that went down, I mean I'd seen that video, but I haven't seen Inception yet. I totally understand Stone's response though, it makes a lot of sense with the schedule they run. I don't really get how that ruined the episode, though; I still enjoyed it. Perhaps I'm too much of a fanboy.
That whole Kenny/Mysterion thing from last night was amazing. God, what a great gag. That scene with him and his parents made me lol a lot, too. I hope the third one really ties things together.
Yeah I actually liked it too. Loved the Kenny/Mysterion thing and his curse. Plus not seeing as much Captain Hindsight helped, as he is quite unfunny.

I lol'ed a lot at the one last night. The way those two plots came together at the end was fuckin hilarious. Sometimes all your man needs is a good old fashioned to get his mind straight. And Randy rules... "Awww, fuck yeahhhh" I'm glad I don't go into every episode with the attitude that South Park is losing it.

It did have its nice moments though...
Trey and Matt were just handed the best material they've had in years, they better use it to their advantage. I'm expecting a really good episode this week.
Probably gonna be the last episode of the season man, It takes ages to make each episode doesnt it?
Try a week
yeah i they basically wait until the last minute to come up with episode. I think I remember hearing that the Family Guy-Mohammed episodes were being finished the day they aired.

I really liked last night's new one. Sure it was predictable, but it was totally ridiculous just for the sake of being ridiculous (like the royal wedding scenes). My favorite episode of the 3 so far.
Mine too.
Same here as well... The ending was just ridiculous.... :)

there's something hilarious with their way and their apperence ,how they look, the poor animated moves, and the way they talk that always cracks me up.love em'. scott the dick is one of my favourite characters, obnoxious as fuck.. watched when he bashed the native canadians over and over in royal pudding ;D

I laughed uncontrollably when Randy tried to set the chair on fire. It was really funny.

but most of them are just bad nowadays
a friend who actually just started watching this year, starting from season 1, said it too so it's not my nostalgia goggles
Season 11, 12 and 13 have some of the best episodes of south park.
"butters bottom bitch"
"about last night"
"the china problem"
"major boobage"
"With Apologies to Jesse Jackson"
"night of the living homeless"
america is back!
another crappy SP... crack babies? really?
best episode in years.
"I don't make the rules ma'am, I just think them up and write them down." Cartman had a few good lines, and I really like where they were going with the NCAA allegory. It wasn't really that good in the end, though, and the jokes could've been so much better. But hey, it's South Park, it was still entertaining. Moreso than that human centipad episode.
a buddy of mine made the great point that made a mistake with Sarah McLachlan. She's Canadian and didn't have a floppy head. For shame.
that's quite the fuckup.
that's huge. still pretty funny though..
OK, so im a little biased -- grew up in conifer/south park area & CU grad. thought this was the best episode of the season so far. a little Randy would have propelled it to a dangerously high category.
man, i'm not sure anymore about randy, there's been episodes where he's been just too over the top (that giant gerbil episode for instance, god i hated that one)
Okay I guess. Almost forgot none of the central characters were in it. Terrible twist XP
city sushi was a great episode. not so many ha-ha jokes but the story was awesome, enjoyed it very much. great psycho reference too
I laughed... alot....good episode
Quote from: Vesanic on Jun 04, 2011, 11:57 AM
Indeed, the scenario was damn well built, got scared at some points, that was cool. But there again, isn't South Park supposed to make me laugh ? Man I'm not sure about that being a good thing or not.
as long as they entertain us, i'm satisfied - with or without crazy jokes. worked for me ,kind of reminded me of a simpsons halloween special. best one so far this season i think
City sushi was brilliant. Best one yet.
yeah i really liked it too. it featured some of my favorite minor characters- butters, butters' dad, city wok owner.
"An Asian turf war?! Butters, you're grounded!"
south park's still the best when it's not making an episode about current events, though royal wedding was hilarious
i dunno, i've been feeling a "let's get back to basics" vibe lately, that's a good thing
BEING A CYNICAL ASSHOLE
this episode was good.
one of the funniest episodes in years. I laughed out loud at times. And i rarely do when i'm alone.
Better than the City Sushi episode?
I would watch it right now, but have to work in one hour and cannot imagine watching South Park while I'm not high. I did that once and learned from it.
I thought it was funny as well, but didn't anybody get the implied message, that they are out of ideas and want to call it quits? That's what I got out of it, and I'm fucking gutted.
LOL at dubstep. That episode was genuinely sad :-\
so is this half-season coming up in the fall going to end the series?

latest episode was downright depressing. the sharon randy fight would be trey and matt talking to us how they feel about the show and each other and that they're unhappy with doin sp."how long can we keep on doing this, its like the same shit that happens over and over, every week it resets and it's the same story in a different way" they seem to want to do other things in life. the way they talk about stan's getting older would make stan a metaphor for "south park" as a show: "our son turned 10 and you're feeling old"

AND THEN TEH BRITCHES GOT SAVED ;D
yeah i thought it was obvious but maybe not to everyone.it's strange that your reaction to when they say they'll stop making sp in this episode (which would be a big deal for long time fans) is "that was a good episode". to me their sad message was bigger than the shit jokes
alright.... but they've done sp in more than a decade and "that was a good episode" is probably something that people's been saying after every single episode again and gain, over and over throughout the years - because it was a funny episode .and nothing wrong with that of course.but in this episode - there was a big,big difference with a big big message - that this is the beginning of the end of south park - which is HUGE.so I think it becomes weird to do as always - just just comment on "what a good episode" it was, just like it would be like any other. that would seem like a person not getting it. but yeah it's on downhill, glory days are over since long ago and it was a good episode because of the reasons you said. I just think it would be good to say why at a special time like this, but now it's all good :)
Yeah, that was downright sad.... Man, I will miss my weekly south park fix very hard..... :-\
south park quitting is even more sad than when maud flanders died in the simpsons
if this was to be the last season, at least it ended on an okay note.
smells like screen spirit
im sad :'(
The current season is only half over. That article is from July. It's been known that they were signed for other seasons.
OLD NEWS
i wanna see Stan and others at their 30
I want Randy to have his own show.
Yeah Randy rulez !
Well, not on the funny side, but a good continuation after the last one... That still lays questions down on Matt and Trey's relation...
Confusing. Loved the drunk matrix parts though
Yeah, that was fucking awesome... "We call ourselves the cynical"...
Even when Cartman goes to the nurse : "Oh, my buns...."
this episode is full of really profound symbolism about the progression of life, from youth into adulthood and the global face of that transition. one of the best they have made in my opinion.
that Wikilinks episode was the best in quite a while
I loved it yes... Really funny ! The song "Go Lemmiwinks ...." with the deep bass voices is great...
It's cool to see lemmiwinks again too actually
I love the frog.
I thought he would be dead.
God protected Eric.
Can i ask you guys something?
On that The last Mexican episode there was a little song...Do you have any idea what is it or can you give me a name of that kinda music ?

I don't understand man, haha. I just guessed Flamenco. I suppose you could youtube "traditional mexican/spanish music" ? You're sure to find something
i tried :/
i got tired :(
Great episode :)
best in a long time. it was pretty brilliant.
the last episode tells the truth
the last of the meheecans was my favorite so far. i've enjoyed them all, but that one had some fucking great gags and the dichotomy of butters and cartman is always superb.
Pretty dumb episode, but the pilgrim traveling back to space through Natalie Portman's vagina's wormhole got a chuckle out of me.
this one was a "meh" episode but at least it's the only one so far during this run. compared to the last few seasons that's pretty good.
At least South Park at year 17 is better than the Simpsons at year 17.
'Natalie Portman, please open your portal..'
'Hmmm... No.'
Quote from: Vesanic on Mar 23, 2012, 09:56 AM...
last episode was horrible! it looked so much like they thought "let's do some 10min teleshopping animations to fill up the 20mins episode"
the song was so good.
Liked the episode. Better than the one before that.
It was pretty good. Some of the jokes felt a little "Family Guy" with how they dragged on but other than that it was great.

this. been stuck in my head all day. i liked the episode too, think i'll watch it again
Quote from: Vesanic on Mar 23, 2012, 10:20 AM...
yes, of course! but it was annoying like hell!
I have wholeheartedly enjoyed the last couple episodes. The end of the first one, where Craig flips up the seat and flips the bird to the heavens, was amazing. Their writing skills just keep getting better.
Seriously? I think this season has just been completely terrible.
Jesus, there has been only two episodes and y'all are like I HATE THIS SEASON SO MUCH THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST SEASON LIKE EVAH.
But, no, really, the episodes were mediocre. However I believe we might get a three-part-movie-whatever at the end of the season anyway.
GOD THIS SHOW GETS WORSE AND WORSE.
Seriously, though, I thought the premiere was pretty good. This last one was lamecore but at least had that sweet song.
Quote from: defskull on Mar 24, 2012, 05:15 PM

But you should definitely keep on watching South Park.
Cause maybe you'll enjoy the next episode. And in case you don't, then maybe the one after that. Or at least the season finale. Or the next season, and if not, then maybe the season after
thatIt'll be so worth it.
ep-1 is good
ep-2 is meh
I will never hate this show.
I was very sad when i hear its gonna be the last season (15) last year.
Now i know even the worst season is better than not watching South Park
Its like lesbian porn.
No matter if you are horny or not.
It makes you horny
what the hell am i talking about
yeah exactly, what the fuck are you talking about
i just wanted to say how i love south park..
then i wrote shitz about lesbian porn..i donno
i think he was trying to do a south park version out of this one:
"pizza is a lot like sex. When it's good, it's really good. When it's bad, it's still pretty good"
...but failed
lol
i was talking about last year, Ves
did you find the G point btw?
Oh Long Johnson.
;D
maybe a little bit stupid, but latest episode of sp (faith hilling) can be compared to deftones music and their fans for fun. in that case, the memes would be deftones music and the guys would be the fans.i would be cartman,
digging the faith hilling meme (adrenaline atf) and not liking experiment and change. he's like "what for? it's great the way it is"
def fsho and millenia etc would be stan and kenny and the other hip kids, liking the music but think it's more important to change because it's important to always be "new" like in fashion... focus on change and constant evoulution which however leads to the point where the result becomes nonsense (deftones music will eventually be like draging your butt on the street while holding a cat with a slice of bread around it's head, going "oooh long johnson") that's what happens when people want change for change's sake long enough.
in the end - cartman's summary is if it has changed and gone to the point where it's good - don't change it -
just slightly polish it without changing the basics.
tebowing,bunny ears,fake penis,peace sign memes- like linus
faith hilling meme (fake boobs) - adrenaline, atf
taylor swifting (butt drag),cat breading - white pony, snw and d.e
derp
two good episodes and they turn back to their old tricks, god damn it parker and stone
I loved the "ooooh long johnson"... I thought it was a great episode !
Meh.

Mehhh
Epic episode (5-butterballs)
It has so many details.
Especially that cheap green screen cut of San Diego guy
Mehmet Oz part was also pretty cool
lol @ jesus bullying
Fuckin hilarious episode just now
zip line :D
grandma=badass, locking up restrooms=badass, jason russel dance in the end=badass. haven't laughed at sp for a while, finally. best episode thhis season i think

Fucking cool indeed... My favourite one since a little while !
I don't know, I expected much from Ziplining but it did not REACH that WHOA moment
nope it didn't
It was pretty damn crazy episode.
I wish they they were younger on reality
That toxic gas, adrenaline and diarrhea parts are reference to Dr House, right?
The last two episodes have been pretty good.
best episode of this season by far!
Ha ha ha, Cartman and his talk to Kyle in the stadium, with the song in the end had me in stitches !! So awesome..... ;D
lol
Oh wow, what a great episode. Truly amazing.
Shaka Brah
i'm sensing sarcasm from billy
Im not gonna be sarcastic.
Even i am funnier than this episode >:(
If people dislike this episode, I don't know what they are expecting from South Park.
After all this is the 16th season, if you still don't know what you're up to the next 20 minutes when you start the episode, you either must be pretty clueless or so bored that you simply watch everything.
fuck it, it's a field goal
Yeah the episode was about what I've come to expect from South Park. Nothing spectacular but it was alright.
please end this series
please
it's been going on the simpsons route for the past four years
please kill it
I guess they were working with that new south park game so much.
I was being sarcastic, but i did like it. anyone seen then new one?
yes. I liked it.
it was not AMAZING but a truly "regular" South Park episode.
I wish for the epics though, like Cthulu etc

No time soon man.they just signed on till season 20.its really not like comedy
central got anything else good going on,except futurama.for gods sake they were still playing chappell last time I checked.and I don't know, simpsons have been watchable the last four years,to say the least
10 times better than the four years before at least.
the honey boo boo one was great. loved the james cameron bit with his theme song.
Does James Cameron really do these stuffs?
Such a sassy episode

deep sea diving? yes.
Sarcastiball was alright, but the joke became a little one-note. The Honey Boo Boo episode was absolutely fantastic, though. Great, great satire.

after the ups man had been attacked by bane men, I was sure he would dress up in batman costume to take them on. maybe even deliver the packages in a bat plane or something, shooting his way to the doors. maybe good that didn't happen.
...still think they could've done something more than just a mask and a voice. reference is cool, but it was really no joke to go with it
I was literally crying from that James Cameron bit. That was one of the best episodes I've seen.
James Cameron doesn't do what James Cameron does for James Cameron. James Cameron does what James Cameron does because James Cameron is... James Cameron.
No budget too steep, no sea too deep, Who's that? It's Him! James Cameron!
that ike drawing loolll
Everyone doing the bane voice was good. I love how irrational and batshit Randy is
What happened to South Park? This second half has been really good. Hopefully it stays this way.
lol @ last episode
it was awesome
cartman's costume made me cry

holy shit! that episode was hardcore! best one this season so far!
Yeah just watched it.fucking awesome
End of the season unfortunately.
i heard there's a romney version as well, hope they leak that shit.
somewhat formulaic south park, but a nice episode
fuck! didn't realise this was the season finale!
Sucks that the season's over, but seriously, they're on their best run in years. What a great season...
It usually comes back around February,I like how they split the season in two throughout the year.just wish the seasons were 20 something episodes instead of like 15.
In case you were wondering, here's one of my absolute favorite moments from south park:
Funny South Park dragon death (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXORIxEGEJc#)
That last one blew my mind, man. Matt and Trey still got it. And are all the episodes this season connected? Love how there actually have been recurring jokes and references to past episodes.
Yes this episode was great <3
"just stand up there and rub your clit". damn, this season has been bringing it. another great episode.
Yea this season is great
Anyone else watch the first episode? I can't even imagine where this season is going.....
well these are regular South Park episodes with similar structure and jokes. I am a little disappointed it's all so literal and so relative to reality. I prefered the far out or very cryptic episodes instead.. but they will have some great ones along the season, they always do
It seems like they are trying to keep running jokes each season like with the Washington Redskins and Lorde. Just trying to speculate where they are going with the whole "p.c." thing that they've set the stage with. I dunno man, I thought the Hot Cosby joke and taco launchers were pretty funny. And don't forget Jared.
Dude! The canadian alphabet almost made me have an accident.
! No longer available (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4g4QbpQ25LA#)
Yeah that was probably the best part. I'm disappointed they are giving attention to Trump and Jenner, as if they needed more.
And Mr. Garrison..... wtf.
I think this has gone on long enough unless they are trying to get cancelled. For the first time ever I am losing interest. Besides "Historic Kenny's House" and the child labor fight this shit is getting lame. They better get to the point and twist this soon.
Ongoing and previous season of Rick and Morty are much much better television than three or four previous South Park seasons combined
Without a doubt.
TINY RICK!
Someone should start a new thread before we....
you know what, fuck it.
http://youtu.be/wRMW2vhC9Hs (http://youtu.be/wRMW2vhC9Hs)
"Is that a jalapeno cream sauce?"
I just got caught up and enjoyed the twists. I wonder when Garrison and Jenner will return...
And I'm actually starting to like P.C. Principal. He has an intensity I can appreciate.
I just caught up on the last two episodes and the shit is getting deep. Jimmy is on top of his game.
If not for the "season plot" I would not care for all of these episodes. They are way too "current", I enjoy older South Park where things go more towards irrational and chaotic plots. Not gentrification.
why do they have weeks where there isn't a new episode :'(
thanksgiving I suppose?
