I'm just curious about which program do you use on pc to listen Deftones and which equalization.
I'm going with VLC and Full Treble/Full Bass eq.
iTunes; equalizer off
Simple as that
Foobar 2000
No eq adjustments.
Time to ditch that vlc bro.awesome for videos, that's about it.
foobar2000 for the muthafuckin win. A beautiful piece of software to which all other programs on all platforms pale in comparison. iTunes is an embarrassment after you've spent an hour with fb2k. Just another reason to avoid the OS X platform, as if there weren't enough to begin with.
Oh, and if you don't like the default library interface (I admit it's a head-scratcher), Columns UI (http://yuo.be/columns.php) can take care of that. Imagine that; customization and agility.
My setup with ColumnsUI: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/547/foobarcap.png/ (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/547/foobarcap.png/)

I was going to until I realized it'd be completely pointless because i'm using the worst of the worst speakers right now until I can get new ones. I think I tend to have the preamp slightly down under the bar, the first 3 eq's (bass) up a little bit.. the mid I usually leave about in the middle, and the treble up just a bit.. somewhat like a sloppy V. But like I said, i'm using the worst speakers. Might be too much bass or treble otherwise.
