I had to jump on the "covers" bandwagon too ;D, here is my cover of the song, im playing stef's part with a bass 'cause i dont have an 8 strings guitar and Stef's guitar is literally half step away from the bass tuning.

I tried to integrate all the guitar parts to be played on a 6 string guitar. So yes,this may not be EXACTLY how Chino Plays it.
Note that Stephen Carpenter is using an 8 string guitar, so the timbre is different on a 6 (especially during the heavy outro).
The majority is what Chino's playing. A helpful hint to get Chino's tone is to have alot of reverb,chorus with mid range depth and a bit of delay to get that dreamy soundscape.

Thanks alot sounds pretty spot, appreciate you taking the time to write a tab other people aren't as generous,within hours of leathers release there were several covers on youtube now there is tons but still no tabs anywere. Some of us can't figure it out by ear lol

You're welcome, man. I just had fun trying to figure it out and I'm just as stoked about the studio track as the rest of you all so i figured once this releases alot of people are going to want to figure out how to play this song. It's for sure in my top 10 favorite Deftones song so that's why I went a little nuts. lol
