I considered that but at times it seems like he's rather bored/annoyed with Tommy Lee's antics. Like he'd rather be doing real work than flipping out about how awesome the work that they haven't done yet will sound.

I think one of the comment on youtube is kinda true: it's more or less a Deftones song rip off.

Tommy Lee is a bit annoying, I think Chino was embarassed at some point when he was writing the lyrics and making suggestions, Lee wasn't paying much attention and was like "yeah yeah yeah..whatever".
