I'm totally just playing around, but I noticed I got alot of people who had no clue who the fuck the bands I picked were. This is sort of like the unknown bands thread, but for the draft. We didn't do much to really promote our picks, beyond the ridiculously amusing signature battles, so I'm posting here. If you lost your battle feel free to join, If not, let this thread wither away.

Lol thought it would be fun. I'm interested to see if other people post some shit here too. The funny thing is, I got alot of people saying they didn't know enough of what I picked, but I felt like that with almost everyone's list beyond a few picks here or there.

Thanks! I picked bands that had some variety and were fucking amazing to me. I just had fun with it and was obviously much darker and heavier than the other lists. Dark and gloomy eh? Swallow the Sun, Draconian, November's Doom, Katatonia, My Dying Bride. Nuff said.

yeah I love Katatonia, one of my favs when it comes to gothic metal (or whatever you want to call it). I was actually very close to picking them in the draft. I've listened to some My Dying Bride as well, but still have lots more of their material to check out. I will look up those others too, thanks for the tip.
