You ass hole jackie. i was going to do it this year bcause the past two years have sucked ass. but i was at least going to wait a little later to start it. its way to early for this if you want it to not turn into an unorganized chat. i think you should sticky it and lock it so that people can think on it. then open it january 1st and set a deadline like january 7th to place your votes. I really think this is the best way to make it work. But whatever you want to do! I got cho back
Trey, thanks for your input, but last year's were around this same time, and I was bored so I thought I would do them, with the help of Cyn, of course. I am sure people will think on it for a few days, and we'll know when it's time to tally the results. ;)

Today is a good day to open a thread where you announce that you will be handling the awards this year. And ask for any input or suggestions on questions and how it should go down. Then on new years open up the real thread where people can vote. But tell people no chatting in that thread, only voting. Everyone can chat and whine about who didn't vote for them in the thread you opened today. It would make things much more organized.
But don't take this wrong and get mad k. I'm just offering something that I thought about and think would work out nicely. I know you girls probably enjoy this more than any one else. Lol at least I know that the votes will actually get counted this year.

This is funny. I don't ever recall ppl saying they wanted ideas on what their awards list would be. Last year, I believe.. it was Aenemic that just did it. .... Moz the year before last... And the year before last when Moz did it.. no one even tallied wins. It isn't ever a board collaboration, it's one person that wants to do it..... and they do it. yeah it was not a good time. Fell right into rocks. My tooth went through my lip. Cut my eyelid open pretty bad. Got a nasty black eye and had a bunch of abrasions and my face was swollen. But I healed surprisingly fast. It was kind of odd actually.
