So a TV station here has just started re-running old skool TV shows and I caught "That's Incredible" and "Buck Rodgers's in the 25th Century" the other night.
Brought back so many memories.....
Also caught an episode of "Thundercats".....awesome.
So any fans of crap 70's, 80's and 90's shows here and if so what were your favs?
I wouldn't mind watching Ren and Stimpy again...
If anyone suggests MASH I will personally fly to where ever you are, kick your ass, sleep with your girlfriend, then forget to flush. And if you're a chick, all things above, reversed.
THUNDERCATS ARE GO!!
I also like ALL old nickelodeon- everything from Doug to Legends of the Hidden Temple. we have a Nick Games and Sports channel here which is fantastic.
However, I still find myself graving some reruns of Salute Your Shorts...

I pretty much grew up watching 2 Stupid Dogs, Cow & Chicken/I M Weasel/I R Baboon and stuff like that...
And I still watch em on youtube sometimes :D
I used to love Kenan And Kel and the original Power Rangers too :]

Sigh... cartoons these day have no essence like they did in the past. And I can't just speak for myself and my generation, my lilttle brother also agrees that the cartoons that they show now on Nickelodeon and Disney suck when compared to the toons of the 90's for example. I think most people have grown sick and tired of seeing once great shows such as the Emperor's New School, Spongebob and Fairly Oddparents b/c the networks show them too much.
What the hell happened to Hey! Arnold? Or Animaniacs, or perhaps the Weekenders? All gone I tell you! And for what some cheaply animated cartoon that has no wittiness on clever laugh out loud humor and gags like the Animaniacs or Pinky and the Brain had. Trust me go back to these and you'll agree there was a lot of good humor in these classics.
But thats just my two cents on cartoons nowadays. People might think they are great, personally they are shit, give me my Doug or Pepper-Ann, Bobby's World or even Freakaziod back and maybe I will be once again tempted to turn on the idiot box.
Looney tunes, Tom and Jerry, Tex avery animation.
Bikermice from mars.
GIJoe
X-men

its even more of a shame that they play homicide on sleuth tv (which is even more sad cause a lot of people dont even get that channel) at like 3am on weekdays, 5am on weekends, and i think 10am on weekday mornings. so im either asleep or at school when its on :(
